- Do I get a Proof?
Yes, you will receive a proof both by email, and in our Quickview area if you selected the quickview option during checkout. You will receive your proof within 24-36 hours from the time your order was placed.
Emailed proofs you can simply reply with any changes you may require, or state that it is production ready if you find it complete with no changes required, and we can send you your final and outputted created artwork for use. Please note: All your proofs will come from our proofing department.
* If you have yahoo, gmail, or hotmail please check your spam or junk email folders as our correspondence may be delivered to one of those folders in your mailbox.
Quickview proofs can simply be replied to on site by clicking the link at the base of your proof, to let us know of changes or if the art is production ready so we may send you your files.
- What resolution & Color format while I receive?
All digital artwork will be created and completed in CMYK format unless the project is for web or mobile use then it will be created and finished in RGB color format.
- Digital Artwork resolution is always done no less that 300dpi
- Vector artwork is always saved as .eps so no loss of quality
Both Digital and vector artwork is saved in several formats for you to use on any job you need, including the raw artwork file. Raw files you receive will either be .psd for photoshop or .cdr files for Corel Draw. Each type either digital or vector will retain 5 files for use other than the raw editable file.
- Digital Files include: .psd, .jpg, .tif, .bmp, .png, .pdf
- Vector Files inlcude: .cdr, .ill, .eps, .svg, .pdf
- How do I place an order?
To place an order it can be done in one of two ways:
Follow the order link on our site, select the type of art you need created ( Offset, Large Format etc.) and click order now. This will take you through our commerce system for checkout.
You can email us your order with your details and we will reply shortly with your invoice, and any questions we may have pertaining to your order.
- What is the turnaround time on my order?
Turnaround times vary according to the product design you ordered. Most our services are done and ready for proofing by you within 24-36 Hours from the time you placed your order. Sometimes, it may be even sooner, but we can not guarantee that for each order.
- When will I receive my hard copy I ordered?
When you finalize your artwork, and it needs no further changes or revisions, your artwork is archived to the appropriate media and shipped to you the next day. All hardcopy options are sent out the next business day from the time of your approval on your order.
- What are your business hours & how does it affect my order?
Our hours of business are as follows
- Open from 9am to 6pm Monday thru Friday PST.
- Closed on Saturday and Sundays.
If an emergency arises and a job is needed asap, we can "RUSH" your job for a non-refundable rush fee of $40 ontop of the standard fee.
Our "Rush" jobs are completed and ready for proofing within 6 hours.
All Rush jobs must be emailed to us, and your attention will be needed within the 6 hours we are creating your art to ensure a rush turnaround.
If after 6 hours you can not be reached or return correspondence of your proof, your order will be placed at standard turnaround, and your rush fee will not be returned.
Rights Transfer Documentation (RTD)
- What is an "RTD" & How do I Obtain it?
An "RTD" is "Rights Transfer Documentation", and this is your legal documentation that you own the artwork Roncoger.com has created for you. We don't keep your designs and artwork for use on other projects. You paid for it, it's yours, and this is the legal document for you proving that.
Your "RTD", or "Rights Transfer Documentation", is sent to you within 7 business days of your completed order. You will receive it via email unless noted in your order to have it sent via regular mail.
